Q: How do I request financial assistance?

A: For those who cannot afford to pay the full cost for Camp, there is a simple, 3-step process for receiving financial help:
Step 1: We ask that you pay whatever you feel you can afford to help cover the cost for your child being at Camp.
Step 2: There is a financial assistance request form on the back of each Summer Camp application. This form must be filled out completely before financial assistance can be given.
Step 3: Parents or guardians should write a letter explaining your financial situation and need for assistance. This letter should accompany the Summer Camp application when it is sent in.
Our policy is that no child will be turned away from Camp because they cannot afford to pay, but these steps must be followed in order to assure that your child's application is processed.
